This week we are going to associate a French specialty with one of your favorite
fruit: “The mango chocolate fudge“. During my childwood my grandmother made me
fruit chocolate fudges for the afternoon tea time.
這週要做法國特產結合台灣人最愛的夏日水果-芒果×巧克力法奇軟糖,是小時
候奶奶為我特製的午茶甜點。

🍪材料如下(4人份):
烘焙巧克力64% 170g 🛒 http://bit.ly/2YPwDDp

非籠飼雞蛋x3🛒 http://bit.ly/2YTvSJv
愛文芒果x1🛒 http://bit.ly/2YSxLWY

動手做吧👇️
1. 將巧克力及奶油融化於鍋中
2. 烤箱以180度預熱
3. 拿一個容器,加入糖、雞蛋、麵粉,並將融化的巧克力及奶油混合起來
4. 將芒果切小塊備用
5. 將混合好的巧克力倒入烤盤或模型
6. 鋪上少許芒果並輕輕按壓
7. 放入烤箱以180度烤20分鐘
